Myotherapy - Myotherapy treatments use many different modalities, such as deep tissue massage, functional cupping, dry needling, assisted stretching, myofascial release and more to achieve significant outcomes for those suffering from acute/chronic issues including postural issues, overuse, strains, chronic tension and injury rehabilitation.

Our resident Myotherapist also has extensive knowledge of corrective exercises, kinesiology taping to treat and help manage sports or work injuries, including treatment of frozen shoulder, tennis/golfers elbow, RSI/sprains/strains to name a few.

Remedial Massage - Our remedial massage treatments tailored to your needs, aimed at getting results with everyday back, shoulder, neck aches and pains, using a combination of techniques, including trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.

Headache/Migraine - A treatment specifically designed to relive stress and tightness in the neck, head and jaw muscles that can cause symptoms of headache and migraines. *Internal jaw work may be used during this treatment.

Dry Needling - Dry needling or intramuscular stimulation (IMS) an effective and efficient technique using sterile, single-use, fine filament needles (acupuncture needles).

They are inserted into the muscle to assist with decreasing pain and improving function by relaxing overactive muscles which contain trigger points.

Functional Cupping Release - A relatively new form of cupping in that the cups are attached to the injured area then taken through passive and dynamic movements to relieve pain and tension the area.

Patient is required to move on and off the bed and around the room for best results.

Sports Massage - Pre/Post workout and training massage for those Melbourne sports enthusiasts and weekend warriors to keep you in peak performance.

Reiki/ Energy Balancing - An energy healing treatment that is non invasive to promote stimulation of the bodies own internal healing, Reiki can help with relaxation, pain relief tension and as well as being its form of treatment can be used with other medical and alternative therapy in healing the body.

Access Bars – Access Consciousness - Access bars is a form of energy healing that unlocks the polarity, imprisonment, conditioning and limitations of you thoughts, feelings and emotions. “Like deleting the junk file of your computer - it clears all unnecessary items from your mind."
